Check out one of my favorite photographers and friend, MIKE SCHREIBER's work. I've been a big fan Mike's work for a while and I've always been drawn to his beautifully raw and intimate black & white images that capture so much human presence.
Mike has been responsible for many now-iconic shots of artists such a M.I.A, Common, John Legend, Mos Def, and Biz Markie among others. I particularly like his series documenting children and street life in Cuba, Jamaica, and Brazil. This is from one of my favorite of his series, documenting Projeto Kirimure, a non-profit capoeira school in Itapua, Brazil.
