I recently rediscovered the work of New York artist/designer Stephen Holding of the Metalwing Creative. I first came upon his paintings and glasswork on the Project SF site, the collective founded by my fellow art friends from Boston. Stephen’s painting and installation work has been exhibited throughout North America and Asia, and he has completed commissioned work for such clients as Nike, Reebok, and Converse, as well as various clients in the music, snowboarding and apparel industries.
